Yes...if you are the last one to get a drink from that bottle it is your responsiblity to eat that worm...but, it won't hurt you .....it is drunk, too ....sterilized and fermented and if you drink the whole bottle yourself? you won't even care! lol I quit drinking so I don't have to deal with alcoholics rules....lol
